It's decent
Not chalky at all. It's a bit strange drinking gingerbread! The overtones are very much ginger, sugar, and cloves. It does have a bit of a bitter aftertaste, I think probably due to the clove/mace flavour (I use stevia as a daily sweetener so I don't think that's it). I drank with 8oz of 1% milk and the texture is great, but because of the aftertaste I think I'll try it mixed in yogurt as a snack next time.
