Super yummy
Just right tasting...not too tart, not too sweet! I do get a little red from the niacin but not compared to the other flavours! I wish this flavour was in the BCAAs drink mixes!

Start with HALF!
Ladies... instructions are there for a reason! You will need to test which quantity is best for you. I am a coffee addict - the type that can drink a coffee before bedtime and still sleep. Yet I just CANNOT take a full dose of this pre-workout. Using half of it is perfect for me: boosts my energy and will to do and achieve more! Main con: this is way too flavored for me! So much that it is sour and makes my cheeks hurt!
