Good, very sweet
I like the flavour. It's very sweet, so I add it to 20oz of water instead of the 10-12 it recommends. Drink during your workout, but if you drink slowly the powder separates and settles at the bottom, so best to use with your shaker bottle and give it a little shake before sips. First us so not sure if it decreases DOMS recovery but we'll see.
Tastes like cardboard
The fruity taste isn't bad, it's actually yummy but then there is this really awful after taste that almost resembles drinking cardboard.
